Senior Strength Classes
Our Senior Strength Classes cater for people of all ages and all levels of fitness. You may have never trained before in your life or might have lost fitness in recent years due to any one of a number of reasons. You may be regaining fitness post surgery or illness. This class caters for all!
We don't have a lower or upper age limit and a full assessment is completed prior to your first class to screen your general health and gauge your ability for the class.

We hold the classes in West Wicklow Fitness who have their gym on the grounds of Dunlavin GAA.
Classes run for 60 mins and we focus on building strength that will help us in our daily lives. So lots of squats, dead lifts and shoulder presses!
