Service Description

Be guided back to full mobility and activities post surgery - whether a new hip, knee or shoulder, or spinal surgery, or abdominal surgery, or fixation of a fracture; the route through rehab and recovery can involve a lot of confusion and worry about changes in function, pain, swelling etc. I will guide you through your rehab, advise on what should be happening and at all times adhere to post-op guidelines and the current best practice and evidence. Once we are happy you are progressing within the normal parameters of healing then I can give you the option of checking back in with me by phone. You will only come into the clinic if we both feel a face to face session is required.
